About
Essential Injectables was built around a simple idea: the person who consults with you should be the same person who treats you, follows your progress, and adjusts the plan as your skin changes.
The practice
Most aesthetic clinics are built for volume. This one isn’t. It’s a small, deliberate practice where the same clinician is responsible for your consultation, your treatments, and your follow-up — so nothing gets lost in handoff and nothing gets rushed.
The space is calm and considered. The schedule is built around real consultations, not overlapping rooms. And the recommendations you’ll hear here are the ones we’d give to a close friend asking the same question.
About Paula
Paula trained in medical practice with a focus on the skin. Her work combines aesthetic treatments — injectables, energy-based treatments and skin rejuvenation — with the medical lens needed to evaluate skin properly: what’s a concern, what isn’t, and what the right next step actually is.
Her approach is conservative by design. Subtle results that hold up over years are, in her view, the only results worth chasing.
How Paula thinks about treatment
- Subtlety over spectacle: The best aesthetic work is the kind no one can name. Friends notice you look well. They don't notice what was done.
- Plans, not procedures: A single treatment is rarely the answer. A sequenced plan, with the right treatments in the right order, almost always is.
- Honest no's: If a treatment isn't right for you — or isn't right yet — we'll tell you. That's part of the job.
What patients can expect
- A consultation that's a conversation, not a sales pitch.
- A written plan you can take home.
- Clear pricing, with no pressure to book on the day.
- A practitioner who remembers you between visits.
