When You Should Come In Instead
Some things need to be seen in person — full skin checks, biopsies, anything that requires hands-on assessment, and certain in-clinic treatments. If we judge a video visit isn’t the right format for your concern, we’ll say so and either bring you into the clinic or refer you appropriately.

What if I need a prescription?
If a prescription is appropriate, it can usually be issued directly. Your plan will explain exactly what’s being recommended and why.
What if it turns out I need to be seen?
That’s part of the call. If we judge in-person care is the right next step, we’ll tell you and help you book the right appointment.
